Remint sends text messages about appointments on behalf of the businesses that use it. If you got a text from us, it's because you booked an appointment and gave the business your phone number. That's the whole deal.
Remint ("we", "us") is an appointment-reminder service operated by Michael Millar. Businesses such as chiropractic clinics use Remint to automatically text their customers about upcoming appointments.
If you book an appointment with a business that uses Remint, you agree that we may text you:
That's a maximum of about 4 messages per appointment. We never send marketing, ads, or promotions. Ever.
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan. You don't have to receive texts to book an appointment — consent to texts is not a condition of purchase; just tell the business you'd rather not be texted.
If you're a business using Remint, you agree that: (a) your customers have given you their phone numbers as part of booking with you, (b) you'll honor opt-outs, and (c) Remint is a notification tool — your own cancellation and refund policies remain between you and your customers.
The service is provided "as is." We're not liable for missed appointments, carrier delivery failures, or indirect damages. These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. We may update this page; the date at the top tells you when we last did.
